Fibroblast plasma therapy produces results that used to require a surgeon. Hooded eyelids, loose neck skin, deep lines around the mouth - all addressed with a precision plasma pen, not a scalpel. No general anesthesia. No incisions. Real, lasting change.
Free ConsultationEva is one of fewer than a handful of providers in the Salem-Keizer area offering true pen-based fibroblast plasma therapy. She's also one of the most conservative — because how this treatment is performed, and on whom, determines everything about the outcome.
Fibroblast plasma therapy uses a pen-tipped device to create a controlled plasma arc — a flash of ionized gas — just above the skin's surface. Each arc creates a precise impact point that causes the skin to contract immediately and stimulates fibroblast cells to produce new collagen and elastin.
The result: genuine structural tightening and long-term collagen remodeling. Not a surface treatment. Not a heating device. Direct plasma energy at the point of concern.
It's been the treatment of choice for non-surgical eyelid correction in Europe for over a decade, and is increasingly sought in the US as clients look for real results without going under general anesthesia.
You may have seen providers mention 'plasma' or 'fibroblast' in describing other devices, most commonly Opus Plasma, which uses a different technology (microplasma energy with radiofrequency via a fractionated device). Opus Plasma is a legitimate treatment, but it is not the same as pen-based fibroblast plasma therapy.
Pen-based fibroblast allows for targeted, point-by-point precision, which is essential for delicate areas like upper eyelids where over-treatment carries real risk. That precision is also why technique and training matter enormously. This is not a device that delivers consistent results regardless of who holds it.
Hooded or drooping upper lids that make you look tired, heavy, or older than you feel. Fibroblast can lift and tighten the upper lid with results that compare directly to surgical blepharoplasty for the right candidate. It's the treatment Eva is most frequently asked about — and the one where her conservative, careful approach matters most.
Crepey skin, mild puffiness, and fine lines beneath the eye. Treated carefully — this area requires a light hand and exact spacing of treatment points.
The deep creases that run from the corners of the nose to the mouth are one of the most aging features on the face. Fillers temporarily fill them; fibroblast tightens the surrounding skin to reduce their depth structurally.
Loose skin along the neck and under the jawline — the area that often ages fastest and is most distressing to clients. Fibroblast creates real contraction and tightening without a surgical neck lift.
Fine vertical lines above the upper lip. Fibroblast tightens the perioral skin and can provide a subtle natural lift to the lip border, giving the 'lip flip' effect without injectables.
Loose or crepey skin post-weight loss, post-pregnancy, or from natural aging. Less commonly treated than face, but effective for the right candidate.
Fibroblast heals differently than most treatments. The carbon dots that form at each treatment point are visible, and they take 7–10 days to shed naturally. That's downtime, and Eva will always tell you that plainly.
What the timeline also tells you: this treatment is doing real work. The dots are evidence of tissue contraction happening at the point of impact.
Day 1: Carbon dots form at each treatment point. Swelling, especially around the eyes, is normal and expected. Do not touch the treatment area.
Days 2–3: Swelling peaks, particularly in the morning after lying flat. Eye area treatments may make clients want to work from home. Cold compresses can help (applied gently, no pressure).
Days 4–6: Swelling resolves. Dots are darkest and most visible at this stage. Sun avoidance is essential. No makeup over dots.
Days 7–10: Dots begin shedding naturally. Do not pick or force this process. Underneath: fresh, pink skin. SPF is the most important product in your kit right now.
Weeks 2–4: Pinkness fades. Tightening effects become visible. Reintroduce skincare gradually. Eva will guide you on timing for actives.
Weeks 6–12: Collagen remodeling continues. Improvement is progressive. Most clients assess final results at the 3-month mark.
Month 3+: Full outcome visible. Results reflect structural collagen change. This is not filler or surface treatment, and it holds accordingly.
At EvarySkin, out of respect for our clients, we believe in giving you the full picture for any treatment. Fibroblast is a serious treatment. For the right candidate, correctly performed, the results are exceptional. For the wrong candidate, or with poor aftercare, it can cause lasting harm.
Eva screens every client carefully. She will decline to treat candidates where the risk profile is too high, because your skin health and outcome matters more than her booking.
Not every provider who offers fibroblast has invested in the training, candidate screening, or conservative approach this treatment demands. EvarySkin has.
Eva has completed hands-on, advanced fibroblast training. Technique matters enormously here: how the pen is held; the depth of each arc; the spacing of treatment points. These are the signals of an experienced, licensed esthetician.
Eva has turned away clients who weren't appropriate for fibroblast. If your skin tone, skin history, or expectations put you at risk, she'll say so directly, and recommend what is appropriate.
You leave with detailed written aftercare instructions and Eva's contact information. If you have a question at day 4, you can ask. Most clients find this more reassuring than any amount of pre-treatment explanation.
Eva doesn't overstate what fibroblast will do. She'll show you real results from real clients, tell you what's realistic for your specific concern, and only proceed when she's confident the outcome will serve you.
